As of Dec 27 2006, 11:44 AM, Capital Olencia is now under anarchy.
Lord High Commander Hadrian Evaristus did not appear at his post for five days and upon hearing word, half the garrison of the King's Guard went loco.
Capital Olencia has four Quadrants; North, South, West and East respectively.
City Status:North Quadrant (Palace and Gardens): Currently being defended by the remaining half of the King's Guard. Minimum damage as of yet.
South Quadrant (King's Guard Fortress): Only the Infirmary is untouched. The High Commander's office in particular is torched to heck. Maximum damage in the Parade Grounds and in other buildings. Fires abound.
East Quadrant (Markets): Medium damage, some stalls overturned, most people paralyzed from the earlier stampede. Some dead. Fires abound.
West Quadrant (City Square): Brawling still in progress. Overall chaos. Most body count. Fires abound.
Factions:Defense: The remaining half of the King's Guard, composed of the more grizzled war veterans and a dash of new recruits.
Faction Goals:
- Proect the innocent
- Immobilize Aggresor Leader (Currently; First Lieutenant Kierav)
- Keep relative order
- Protect the Palace and;
- Defend the King.
- OPTIONAL: Find Lord High Commander Evaristus. (Who was last seen in his family's retreat somewhere on the outskirts)
Aggresor: The other half; composed of the other new recruits and a couple of psychos.
Faction Goals:
- Kill the Defense Leader (Currently; Major Ghern)
- Mug the Civilians
- Pillage, burn, the Viking thing.
- Reach the Throne Room at all costs and;
- Overthrow the King.
- OPTIONAL: Find Lord High Commander Evaristus. (Who was last seen in his family's retreat somewhere on the outskirts)
Civilians: The people in between.
Faction Goals:
- Stay Alive.

Overall, the topic in City and Markets includes all four quadrants, aka you just post there, unless you're at the Palace. Yes.
