Just got White Dward UK #322
It has Battle Report between Orcs and Lizardmen.
Andy Hoare is in command of the Lizzies.
Besides his army selection being terrible. He also makes and illegal army!!!
He's got a Slann Mage Priest and a Saurus Scar Vet BSB.
I'm wondering whether he can remember when he wrote that you can only have a Scar Vet BSB if you do not have a Slann in the army. :rolleyes:

Wait.......my mind is going to explode....what.....is.......that......number.......next....to.....the slann....I don't reconize it. Is it an upside-down 2? I....I can't begin to comprehend what it is....
6 krozies eh......pretty harsh....the least they could do is make a good list and have the new army win a different way than tactics....luck and showing off the coll new rules and stuff is how you sell and army.

i would have either taken no slann or 3 2nd gen slann and 5 skink priest.
getting 5 saurus units is also foolish against and army geared to combat.
also, 1 special and 1 rare? AND NO TERRIES!!

taking a 5th gen slaan at all is bad, but in 4000pts? surely he could find the spare points to knock it up to at least second.

I'd say that isn't even worthy of discussion. The point is obvious.
The orcs are out new, so they HAVE TO win, in order to shed a good light on them...
That means more orc players, equalling more money for GW. <_<
Thats how GW thinks...I don't want to consider the possiblity that someone who actually wrote the book could write a list like that, being serious :rolleyes:
