Scanning through my miniature collection this weekend, I realized that I almost had enough minis to make a 2000pts lizardmen army. All I need is a box of saurus warriors. Here's my 2000pts list:

6 swarms might be abit overkill, I could drop a few for more ogres. I also have a stegadon which I've promised to my brother but he'll proably let me borrow it. My bro's got alot of lizzies so he colud borow me more skinks etc, but I think its alot more fun i you own all the stuff yourself, so I'll only use his stuff as a last resort. Do you think this list could work? Are there any adjustments I need to make? Any other thoughts on this list?
