i was wondering if anyone uses the armylist in the lustria book. I have used it a few times and found it an utter and complet failure do you agree with me?

however in under 2000 points i use it aot im mainly talking about over 2000 as a failure

the biggest problem i find with it is how bad the profit of sotek is
however i do love the model seeing as i osted mine in the painting comp

I think its a fairly poor list. Having to take a special character who is not very good makes it even worse. It is defently not as strong a list as the regular lizardmen list.

Though I didnt use the list yet, I think it can be pretty mean though it definately needs a more tactical kind of playing than most other lists. But I also agree with you that its dumb that it can only be played with tehenhauin as general, i dont thin that all red crested skinks would always have been assembled in one army. Also, its dumb rulewise as it makes that the list cant be played on must tournaments and is weaker as their istn so much choice of how to play it. Also, I think toughness 3 and the circumstance that he is half mage half fighter makes him difficult to use and accompanying swarms doesnt seem to be a intelligent option as swarms are no fighters but cannon fodder in my eyes.

If been using it quite a bit lately, its not the greatest list in the world but its far from the worst.

It is best when used with the Bubonic court list, use your skink skirmishers to draw his units away ( as practically the whole army is frenzied). The counter charge in the flank or rear. The hatred on the red crested skinks helps, and the immunity to PCBs is always useful

like eddie said, It's designed to be used against the Bubonic court of nurglitch.

I know If you like skinks then go southlands, by the way do I need to use the Lustria army list in order to use the Arcanodon?

I dont have the Lustria book yet. :(
