i reckon that lizards should have the option of fast cav, apart from DoW. it wouldnt be much of a stretch for the lizardmen to look around in the forest for a sitable mount, something like a cold one but faster, smaller and not as stupid, ridden by skinks. what do you think? a good idea, or not?

Hmmm they used to have that in the form of 5th edition cold one riders but now as you say they've got slower and become DoW.

How fast are you talking about. The current cold ones are movement 7, so if this new fast cav was movement 8 that would hardly be worth doing.

Hmm though it would be nice t o have something move 9 with skinks, but then Terradons take that role I suppose.

probably M8 or 9. give them javelins or something and they're not too bad a unit. they also wouldnt be all that pricey. and having M8 and being fast cav makes a world of difference between CoR and fast cav.

another reason why i reckon there should be lizardmen fast cav is because there are many many more forest animals around lustria, and im sure that there would be some form of a mount in the forest, just waiting to see the battle field :D .

A velociraptor style creature or something like that?

something like that, except a little less vicious. like one of those really fast dinosaurs, i cant think of a name. more geared for speed than inflicting serious damage.

sorry if this seems like a really stupid sugestion but why not just the the Tichi Huichis raiders dogs of war regiment, they're pretty fast and hard hitting and can never be pursuded.

yes but they are a dogs of war choice, and are still subject to stupidity if ure not fighting in lustria.

you could have something like those steeds of Slannesh that are movement 10, that would be a very swift moving unit.

something bipedal, wih long legs. or we could say screw fast, and get 2-3 stegadons, and send them side-by-side through the enemy lines, suported by krix's and BP skinks. just for laughs :)

who needs cav? If we could get raptors that worked something like dryads I would be happy (could we get any more skirmishers?)
