Okay, here are some ideas of what I was thinking of. The events that happen in the movie are exactly the same as what happens in the Jennifer AU, up until after the dinner scene with the McFly family. Then, in the Jennifer AU, Marty decides to visit Jennifer at her grandma's house. By around 12:30, Marty and Jennifer decide to head over to Twin Pines Mall - and they show up a little early. Doc is a little displeased that Marty brought Jennifer along, but he let's Jennifer stay - and that's where the adventures start.
Chapter One
The story opens up with Marty and Jennifer being at Twin Pines Mall. The events of the chapter are very similar to what happens in the movie, except that Jennifer is there.
Chapter Two
When the Libyans arrive and shoot Doc - Marty and Jennifer jump into the DeLorean - and they drive around the parking lot of Twin Pines Mall, until Marty hits 88 miles per hour.
Chapter Three
Marty and Jennifer are now in 1955, and they have now landed on the Peabody's farm. What happens in this chapter pretty much follows that of the movie, until Biff and his gang head into the Cafe.
Chapter Four
Biff goes into the Cafe to harass George and Jennifer. Marty and Jennifer follow George to Lorraine's house, and Marty gets hit while pushing George out of the way. Jennifer follows Sam Baines, as Sam carries Marty inside. Lorraine talks to Jennifer, and Jennifer concocts a story of where they came from. Lorraine thinks that Marty was in the Coast Guard, because of the vest he was wearing. Jennifer introduces herself as Pat Benatar, and says that Marty is Huey Lewis.
Chapter Five
Marty has awoke, now - and Jennifer and Lorraine are both tending to him. Marty does not flinch away for Lorraine, as Lorraine does not make any suggestive moves. Then Marty and Jennifer are having dinner with the Baines. Marty says that he has two television sets, and acts like he has seen the episode of The Honeymooners before. It's not until after dessert that Marty and Jennifer head out to find Doc.
Chapter Six
Marty and Jennifer have now arrived at Doc's home, and Marty tries desperately to convince Doc that they did come from the future. Much of that scene goes accordingly to what happened in the movie.
Chapter Seven
Marty and Jennifer are at Doc's home - and Doc is figuring out how to send the teens back home.
Chapter Eight
Doc takes Marty and Jennifer to school, and has Marty find his parents for Doc. Jennifer assures Doc that neither of her parents have arrived in Hill Valley, yet - so it's only Marty's parents that they need to worry about.
Chapter Nine
At lunch, Marty sits with George - while Jennifer sits with Lorraine. Biff makes a pass at Lorraine, and Marty stands up to miss.
Chapter Ten
Marty is giving George pointers on how to ask Lorraine to the dance. Meanwhile, Jennifer is in Lou's Cafe with Lorraine and her friends. Lorraine is initially touched by George's come-on - but she is then distracted by Marty on a skateboard
Chapters Eleven
After Marty had caused Biff and his gang to crash into a manure truck, Jennifer tells Marty that Lorraine wants a man who would be strong, stand up for himself, and protects the woman he loves. Marty and Jennifer scheme about how to get George to defend Lorraine.
Chapters Twelve
Doc is showing Marty and Jennifer how he plans to send them home. Marty then heads over to the Baines' home, and he asks Lorraine out.
Chapter Thirteen
Marty shows up at George's house, and tell him about his plan to get Lorraine to fall for George.
Chapter Fourteen
Friday night, after Marty once again fails to warn Doc about being shot by terrorists - he flops down on the couch and begins to cry. Jennifer comfort him, and she writes Doc a letter. Instead of writing 'Do Not Open Until 1985' on the letter, Jennifer just writes 'Doc' on it.
Chapter Fifteen
Marty and Lorraine had just finished kissing, as Biff arrives at the car.
Chapter Sixteen
George stands up to Lorraine.
Chapter Seventeen
Marty plays Johnny Be Goode. George and Lorraine finally kiss.
Chapter Eighteen
Doc then sends Marty and Jennifer home. Doc sees the envelope in his pocket, and he's suspicious that it's information about the future, so Doc tears the letter up - but puts the pieces in his coat pocket.
Chapter Nineteen
Marty and Jennifer return to 1985. It turns out that they're too late to save Doc from the terrorists. Marty flips Doc's body over and begins to cry. Jennifer comforts Marty, as she tries to hold back her own tears. Then Doc slowly gets up, and tells Marty 'what the hell?' in regards to taping the letter back up. Then, as he drops Marty off, he informs Marty that he plans to head 30 years into the future.
Chapter Twenty
Marty wakes up the next day and sees that his family is different. For Jennifer, however, her family doesn't change at all.
