Well tonight I kicked off the best month in the world by going to see Ian H Watkins (formerly of the group 'Steps') perform as the title in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

Well, in one word, he was awesome! It was an amazing performance and the whole audience were up on their feet by the end, all singing along!

Me, being the H-addict that I am, ran around to the stage door immediately after and well... I think the pictures tell the rest of the story! :lol:

The five friends I went with all think I'm crazy, but hey, they knew that anyway! :lol:

He was so kind - he made sure he saw every fan and signed things for them and posed for photos and things. My camera is a bit rubbish so the battery couldn't keep up - that's why I don't have a photo of me and him. I just wish I could have told him what a great perfomance he had shown us that night. He really was amazing. He puts so much into the role - and I'm not just saying that because I'm a fan! My five friends all thought it was brilliant too and they weren't even H fans! :D

Oooooohhhh! So cool, Kath! I would've been so nervous if I was asking someone I'm a fan of to sign my arm! You are definitely braver than me!

I just said "Would it be weird if Iasked you to sign my arm?" But I can't remember what he said to me in reply! It's all a bit of a haze! He held my arm with a lovely grip while he signed! (That's why I can't remember what he was saying! :lol: ) I can still feel his fingertips now!!

I can't remember much of what he said to me, as it was such a blur, but he was so kind. I do remember him asking if I spelt my name with a 'C' and then after he signed my arm he said I could get that tattood on! LOL!

Sadly, I seem to have slept with my hand on it, so although it's still there, it's fainter now and I have the reverse print of it on my left hand (which won't wash off!) :rolleyes: :lol: Good job I took lots of photos while I had chance! :unsure:

A little bit of a break today before you can jump headlong back into your best month in the world, Kath! Hope you and everyone involved (Kev, Shandy and Purplewear specifically) have a great time!

I know there was a few butterflys when I was on my way to meet Kath for the first time, but as soon as we were together I was so pleased that she was exactly the same as on the internet, just without the delays in talking, lol.

Well Kev's here sitting next to me as I type this now, which feels really surreal! LOL! We've just had pizza and checked out the weekend weather forecast for Minehead. Sadly it does seem that it's going to pour with rain Friday - Monday... and then clear up Tuesday! Grrrr!

Luckily this is why Butlins build big Skylines! The rain won't get us in there! (Shame the high ropes and fun fair are not undercover though). It certainly won't spoil what is looking to be a great weekend! :D :D

One halloween while at university, my 3 housemates and I all made Ghostbusters uniforms with packs and everything. We went to the student union, and the DJ saw us and put on the Ghostbusters theme! It was one of the best moments of my life! All the guys were coming up to us and shaking our hands and saying how cool we looked. All the girls were saying "Who've you come as?". It's true, loads of girls have never seen the movie. It's a good job you're not going out on the pull, Shandy!

I used to have a Ghostbusters costume when I was little. With a plastic proton pack and a gun. Oooohh, and a ghost trap! I still have pictures of me as a kid all Ghostubstered up! Good times that was!

lol hehe imso hppay monday is 80s day at my school and i came up with a unique outfit like if jennifer were in the victorian era but the dress is so 80's! heheh i hope some one dresseses like marty that would be cool ^_^ plus its dress up week all week! yay! lol and i almost got the courge to tell the guy i have a crush on how i fell about him but i kept getting inturpted!!!

Just to let anyone interested know, Kath and Kev made it back safely from Butlins last night (they posted at the BM message board, but had not the energy to post here), and have scooted off this morning to pick up Shandy and Purplewear! I expect a good amount of stories and pictures tomorrow! All four will be spending the day at an amusement park today! How fun! :D
