Title: Bttf Comics: Artist Wanted

I'm thinking about making my own BttF comics. Now I know you're going to say that Shandy already makes BttF comics, but I was thinking something more along the lines of drama, action-adventure, a la a continues series as a sequel to the movies. Shandy's are more light-hearted, silly and humorous.

Anyway, I've got the first script written (with a whole arc in mind for the intrdoduction) and I'm looking for anyone interested in drawing these comics. Each one will be about 22 pages each with approximately 5-6 panels per page. The artist would also have input on future stories and where to take the comic, and help me collaborate on the entire series.

Here's a sample of the comic script:

This is only the end of BttF part 3, but you can get the idea of how the script will be written. I don't know that I have high hopes for response (considering the response I got from my RPG :( ) but I'll put it out there if anyone who is a pretty good artist wants to volunteer their services. I think it would be fun. If anyone's interested, let me know.

^ Jut so that you know you're not being ignored, I'll reply, but I can only tell you that I can't draw at all, so can't offer my services! :)

Sorry! :)

Remember that there's not many regular posters on here so don't be disheartened if you don't get many responses. Don't take it personally! Small and friendly is the key here! :)

Yeah, same here. I wasn't meaning to ignore you. Drawing isn't really my forte either, so I really can't help. For me, writing stories is more my thing. I wish you the best of luck on your comics, though. :)

I'd love to see more BTTF comics, but I don't think I can help you. I can only draw things from pictures and such. Gotta see what I need to draw.

Thanks for the replies everyone (at least I know I'm not talking to myself :P)! I might post this on the other board if no one from here volunteers.

^ You just love getting your topics locked don't you? ;)

I'd help, but as you say mine are more light-hearted, silly and humorous

Yeah... it didn't quite get to 200 pages, did it?  ;)

Seriously though, this is the actual comment that got the whole RPG started because I read that line and thought "RPG? What RPG?!" And the rest, as they say, is history!

But anyway, back on topic... :)
