OK, i'll start you guys off.

This manager maegan, she's a stupid fat ass who has hated me since I started working there, even tho my burgers are twice as good as hers, like neater and made faster, but anywho, she goes up to me and 6 other employees who were in the resteraunt (all off) and she's like, "Trevor, resteraunt closed at 12, go home please" and I'm like
"It's only 12:05, employees can stay till 12:30, and anyways, these other employees are here too." and she said "Yeah, the can wait here longer, leave"

I dunno what to do because she's a core manager, the only one that sucks however, but I get booked with her most lately and I CANNOT work with her, like if I have anymore shifts with her soon i'll prolly tell her go F*** herself and walk out.


ARGGGGHHH!

What you must remember is, it sounds like she wants you to leave.
That's what she wants.
So the best way to piss her off is to stay.

I know it's not easy, but maybe try and treat her stupidy and bitchyness as a game. you know, see how far you can be sarcastic to her and stuff.

I try to do that, but I don't want to take it too far because I like my job still, but I dunno maybe I should keep up the sarcasm for awhile see how it does.

The best thing to do is act dumb. Really really dumb, because you can't be fired for being dumb. If you just act like you don't understand when she talks to you it will wind her up!

Maegan: Go do washrooms.
Me: Washrooms?
Maegan: Yes
Me: *10 second pause* Washrooms?
Maegan: *stares at me for a second, and then turns around* Josh, can you do bathrooms?

It was awesome, and I didn't have to clean washrooms!
