Title: Strange Google Links
Description: Has anyone followed the Google ad links?

Has anyone actually followed the Google Ad links on the bottom of these pages?

Google use a form of advertising where they scan the page and try and find ads which contain phrases from the page, so they seem more relevant. I saw one which read...

"Building a Flux Capacitor? Learn about the Flux Cap. fluxcap.com"

Now, I've seen links before which have picked up "flux" and "capacitor" and linked you to an electronics retailer, but "fluxcap.com" seems very specific.

Anyway, I followed the link, and found a site which seems to be advocating actual devices which the site author claims to have actually used to time travel!

Either it's a joke site, in which case it's just not funny, or the guy (or possibly "gal") is off his rocker.

:)

I'm glad you brought this up! Some of them are just so strange! They often entertain me, without ever meaning to! But no, sadly I have never yet clicked on a link, but maybe I should!

Actually, I remember when I had Ford Prefect in my sig, I used to see lots of Ford car ones! That was quite amusing!
