I love old video games :)

I never had a games console as a child, but I've made up for it since!

Atari-wise, I have two Atari 2600's (also called the Atari VCS). I believe that this is the one you're refering to? I also have an Atari 2600 junior, and an Atari 7800.

I also have a thing called a TV-Boy which was released about ten years ago, which has 127 games in it, and they are all old Atari 2600 games, just with different names!

I have loads of games, but I can't be bothered to dig them out. I can't remember the names, but there are a few I really like - these are the ones I remember best...

* one where you were a chicken crossing the road
* one where you had to parachute onto a target
* One called 'surround' - a bit like Snake on a mobile phone

I tend not to play the actual console these days, but I have an emulator for my PC, and I play that.

:)

Believe it or not, for as into that kind of stuff as I am, we never had an Atari. :o

However, I've played games like Centipede, Asteroids and Pac Man (a favorite!) and other Atari-style games in arcades when I was younger. My parents used to take me there alot (well, they liked it too, so that helped my exposure to it). ;)

From what I've seen, the Atari looks kind of like leftover 70's technology (in a good way though!) before the NES was released in 1985. ;)
