What is a Super Moderator you ask? It is basically someone who can moderate in every fourm. They can also access the Admin Control Panel (Which is what the Admin---Me uses to change and add things on the message board such as banning members).

Well right now, we have enough moderators, and they all are active so that I do not need to appoint a Super Moderator while I am here. If traffic really soars I will consider this. So why am I bringing this up if I don't need them right now? Because I will need to appoint one (or two) to be a Super Moderator and act as an admin when I am gone. I have decided that LWD and Blind Spot will be the Super Moderators. Congratulations to both of them!

If they cannot (when I am gone) be here then another person/people will be appointed. I do not think I will need to appoint them until July or August, but I just wanted to let everyone know what will happen if I am ever gone. Thank you for reading this. :88:

I will probably appoint another Super moderator (for a total of 3) just to make sure that the message board will be ok. I won't be doing this for awhile, so more details will come later...

I will be busy with final exams and sutdying for basically the last week of May, so this will give me a good chance to guve the Super Moderators a test run. I am sure they will do fine, but they may need to get used to the new features they can now use. So from about May 24 to June 2 the super moderators will be the acting admin. I may make it on once or twice though.

Who is going to be the third super moderator???

I am not even sure if there will be three. It depends on how active the message board is and what moderators are on the most. Right now I think two will be fine for next week, but if more members are more active this would change of course.

AS: If you're having any problems with appointing Super Moderators, I'd be delighted to do it next week. I'm homeschooled, so I finish up a week earlier than most folks. So I'd be on summer break by then! I'd try to get on more during that week. So I'd be able to Super Mod if that's okay with you.

I just wanted to say that from today Monday 5/24 through Wednesday 6/2 Blind Spot and Lil' White Dove have Super Moderator powers. I will still check in from time to time.

When I get back, things will be back to normal. The titles are not permenant, although if traffic soars I will make them permenant.

Also, I plan on changing some things on the board (new forums, possible mod switching, new skin, possible removal of ads, a fewmore members, new fourm descriptions and other editing, etc.) so keep an eye out for it and more details will come later.

Well I am back now and I just wanted to say that the Super Moderators did a great job! Since I am (and have been) back I will take away their Super Moderator powers as they are not really needed right now. If traffic soars or I cannot be on for a long period of time, the positions will come back.

Thanks for the privilege, Chris. :) I actually really enjoyed being a "super moderator." Any chance Blind Spot and I could be permanent super mods starting now rather than waiting for more traffic? It may not seem completely necessary, but it can only help the board and not hurt it. ;)
