*Waves hand*

I have! I've got every series, every episode on DVD!

My favourite epsiode of all time is "The One Where Everyone Finds Out" closely followed by 'The One With The Rumour' and then 'The One Where No one's Ready'.

I tried to get tickets for Friends for when I was in California. I applied 6 months in advance but still couldn't get them! They'd all gone for that date already!

6 months! Thats crazy!

Are you a Joey fan now? I watch his show, its okay i guess, but it still can't compair to Friends.

I enjoy Joey. It certainly has improved as the weeks have gone by and Michael is so funny! It's not as brilliant as the first series of Friends (which I think was the funniest of all the series) but I won't miss it though!

My dad made a bet with me that it would be cancelled before a second season got out. looks like he lost :D

*Friends fan here!!!!*

I have the first 8 series on video and the last 2 on DVD!!!

I'll have to think about my fave episode which may involve having to watch few a few old episodes so I'm sure I'll manage!!!

I've seen a few episodes of Joey and enjoyed them but don't watch it religiously!!

A friend of mine has all the episodes on DVD because she's quite literally obsessed with Friends so we on occassion meet up and spend the day watching episodes and snacking out on junkfood.

I think that watching 15 episodes of Friends nonstop might mean the men in white coats might be coming for us shortly...

;)

Just an odd observation, since Joey talks to the camera for the recap at the end of one of the series, (when they're at the beach hut), he's the only person to ever break the fourth wall... does that mean that Joey is the only real character on the show? lol

Didn't Pheobe do a similar thing at the start of the second series? Where she lists out a load of stuff that's going on and then goes "so anyway, enough about us, so how've you been?"

I love Friends, except for the later seasons - from when Ross got together with Emily and on. Blah. Ross starts acting really, to put it kindly, "happy," Joey's stupidity gets cheesier, and Rachel should have never straightened her hair! user posted image

But before it hit the proverbial wall, yes, Friends was awesome and I loved it.

And I refuse to watch Joey.

Season 10 is on DVD?

I was watching friends today and couldn't stop laughing at this:

Ross (talking to the museum): Woah, woah, woah! Australopithicus isn't supposed to be in that display. No. No. No, no, Homo-habilus was erect, Australopithicus was never fully erect.
Chandler: Well maybe he was nervous.

That is a great line and bought a smile to my face as I read it! :D

I've pinpointed the precise moment where Friends jumps the shark for me! Directly following the season when Ross is going to marry Emily! The characters start becoming parodies of themselves at that point and it becomes rather stupid humor than clever humor.

And you know what else? Monica and Chandler are a horrible match for each other! They really shouldn't have gotten together. Sort of a marriage of convenience it seems!

Ross and Rachel were a better match for each other before they became parodies of themselves. I also think Ross and Emily were a good match, but then again I like Emily (of course, she's British). Think she and Ross could've made a good couple if the writer's didn't decide to write her out at the begining of the following season as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Phoebe and the guy she ends up might have the worst chemistry of two people I have ever seen! Boy, did this show go out with a whimper! :(
