Blind Spot - May 12, 2005 10:54 AM (GMT)
JAMIE MCFLY:
I like Anakin McFlys work alot, its really funny. But the twisted editions, written by myself is pretty good to.

BLIND SPOT:
My top 5 would be 'A Change of Plans' 'They've Got Mail', your own 'Twisted Editions' and the one with Bob Zemeckis killing the characters off. I also liked a tiny little one about Marty being on time to school only to find out it was Saturday, LOL (the title escapes me at the moment).

I like alot of comedy and I enjoy writing funny stuff into my fics. I've also got a big collection -- probably 10 years worth by now -- of rewrites and parodies of mostly 80s songs. Sort of like Al Yankovic. Maybe I'll post them someday.

OUTATUNE:
The one about Marty coming to school early was 'There's Always a First Time' by me. My funniest BTTF fics so far are still 'Dude, Where's My DeLorean?', 'They've Got Mail' and... uh... dunno. The funniest BTTF fic on ff.net is still the twisted editions though.

FUTURE GIRL:
I think humor is one of those subjective things. What I find hillarious, someone else may not -- and vice versa. I've always found kind of dry, sarcastic-ish stuff pretty funny, or irony, or that sort of thing. Not stuff that's so broad (as I think a lot of the ff.net stuff is) or overtly silly. Although that "There's Always a First Time" bit seemed to fit under my sarcastic/dry/ironic category and amused me.

My sense of humor is probably reflected in my writing, with the bits I put in there that I think are hillarious and I intend to be funny -- but maybe others don't notice.

I don't know of any complete stories that are overtly funny, but there are scenes and bits that strike my funny bone in a variety of works. Nora (Tekva) and Mary Jean have some good stuff mixed into their works, though I'm hard pressed to rattle some off the top of my head. (It's been a loooong day.)

LIL' WHITE DOVE:
Personally, I thought those BTTF/Bill & Ted crossovers were hilarious.

SHANDY:
'hot and steamy' By InlovewithDoc

ERASED FROM EXISTANCE:
I like "Lost in Time PartIII: Reality: Shattered!" by Doc Lathrop Brown (ff.net) - it's very funny! The end of chapter 4 had me in stitches!

JAMIE MCFLY:
Wow, thanks blind spot. The twisted editions were written by me. As was the one about the characters getting killed off. It's called, 'one scence to far'

OUTATUNE:
There's a Twisted Editions Pt2 as well for those who don't know.
Kristen Sheley likes my fic? *feels honoured*

JAMIE MCFLY:
Also, a must read are my therapy storys. Brown Family Therapy is great. McFly Family Therapy is just starting with Dave. I also plan on writing: The little known Characters of Bttf Therapy. and yes like outoftune said, The twisted editions part 2 is up as well.

OUTATUNE:
*self esteeem is experiencing major boosting*
*is the author of They've Got Mail, There's Always a First Time and the BTTF/Bill & Ted crossover*
Thanks!

WHOA....ROCK-N-ROLL"

I love 'They've Got Mail' by Anakin McFly. That one cracks me up. I'll have to try finding the story 'There's Always a First Time'. That sounds like a good story.

I like The Twisted Editions by Jamie McFly and The Twisted Diary Entries of Marty McFly by Anakin McFly.

You read Jamie McFly's stories? Where did you find them? Or did you read them a long time ago? I don't think her stories are anywhere online anymore.

needles1987 - September 18, 2007 09:24 PM (GMT)
I read them a long time ago.

bttf44 - September 18, 2007 09:44 PM (GMT)
Oh, okay, that explains it! I arrived too late on the scene, so I never got a chance to read them. :(

needles1987 - September 18, 2007 11:36 PM (GMT)
On fanfiction.net, her name is now Handicraft Nazi, but all of her bttf stories are gone.

bttf44 - September 19, 2007 01:01 AM (GMT)
That's a real shame! :(

needles1987 - September 19, 2007 02:59 PM (GMT)
In Jamie McFly's twisted edition stories,

Marty's an idiot
Doc's an asshole
Jennifer makes Marty pay her to go out with him
George is popular
Lorraine's a band geek
Biff's nice
Jules is a loser
Verne is loved by everyone
Marty has an invisible friend named Clarence, but everyone can see him
Marty loves polka and wants to play the flute

bttf44 - September 19, 2007 03:59 PM (GMT)
Whew! I'd say that is pretty twisted! :)

OUTATUNE - October 1, 2007 09:59 AM (GMT)
I chatted with Jamie McFly online some time back and apparently their computer crashed shortly after her FFN account was deleted, taking all the fics with them. So they're lost for good, unless someone happened to save copies.

They were good; I miss them.

needles1987 - October 1, 2007 04:40 PM (GMT)
At the end of Twisted Editions Part I, Jennifer leaves Marty for Clarence. Then Nicole Kidman shows up and hooks up with Marty. In Part II, Marty ends up taking Nicole Kidman along when Doc takes Marty to 2015. In the car, Nicole Kidman keeps annoying Doc with questions, so he hits her with a frying pan.

needles1987 - February 28, 2008 05:39 AM (GMT)
What really made Doc an asshole in her stories was that he was always trying to kill Marty.

Whoa! That's not good! I'm reminded of that video, Butcher to the Future. :)
