As for my pic, yeah I used Photoshop, and to make George transparent I just selected the layer and set it's transparent to 60% or so (it's a little slide thing on the layer menu thing). You just fiddle with it 'til you get the desired transparentcy. :) I hope that make sense...

But yeah here's another contribution o' mine! :)
