I just wanted to let everyone know that I made and installed the banner that is now at the top of the forum. If you have any suggestions or comments about it please post them in this topic.

But if anyone thinks they can do better (I am sure they can do better than I did, although I think I did a good job with what I have) feel free to make a banner and post it here. Once we choose a banner to finally keep, that person will get a custom user title regardless of the 100 post rule since this is a prize. So as Doc once said "Hop to it kid!" :) :88:

Your choice on which one you want... this one might not be the correct dimensions.

Well I tried my hand at making a banner. Here's how it turned out:

What program did you use for yours? The text looks like WordArt from Microsoft Word.

Word, MS paint, and Adobe Photodelux 2.0.

I was able to fix the dimesnsions on my banner so I the banners can be as big as you would like. Since I now can do they I am going to ree-do this one as I changed it to try to make it fit in.

Please keep the coments on the current banner and other banner submissions coming in. :)

LWD, I decided to use yours as I like it the best and it is better than mine.

I opened this again because I went on some messages board where people make graphics like banners. I was just cruious as to what they would make.

I don't like it that much. The pictures only come from Part I and they look a bit too thrown together.

Here is the same banner LWD made but I don't know how to center it so I added 2 pictures:

^ Looks good, Chris, but I think that the banner is now much too wide. It was too wide before, even without the two pictures you added. I'll see what I can do to make it fit better--or I might just make a new version of it altogether that fits better.

My broswer is open all the way and I can see it all. I need to figure out how to center the banner but untill I find out how to do this it will just stay this way for now.

It doesn't fit my screen, and makes the board look really big. But if I don't scroll over to the side, it's fine.

It should fit but it doesn't matter because I just centered the old one.

^It's werid it does not fit on my computer at home (I get up to young Biff) but here on the labtop I am on now I can see it all and it does look pretty good. :lol: :D

I guess it is just how the computer is set up.
