Title: How Would The Characters React...
Description: if they watched BTTF?

Doc Brown: Well, I think he'd be curious about the idea that, in another reality, he's just a fictional character. He's be somewhat shocked by it, but I think he'd also be curious to watch it. He'd be stunned by how Marty's family is very different, but that he himself didn't change much. He's also be stunned by why his reaction to Marty asking if he and Jennifer "become assholes" is different between Part One and Part Two.
Marty McFly: He'd probably be more horrified by finding out he's the subject of a movie trilogy, than Doc is. I think curiosity would still take over, and he'd decide to watch it. He'd probably wonder why he looks a bit older in the sequels, and why Jennifer has changed.
Jennifer Parker: She's wonder why she suddenly mophed into Elisabeth Shue, for the sequels. She'd probably also feel hurt to find out that TP Lorraine didn't like her, and she'd probably take note of how the conversation at the bench was different.
Clara Clayton Brown: She'd probably feel embarrassed upon watching herself slap Doc. She'd also be amazed to find out that she was played by the same actress as Amuy obbins from Time After Time Was.
Lorraine Baines McFlys: Well, she'd be stunned by the discovery that Doc had invented a time machine - and that "Calvin Klein" was none other than her son. That aside, she'd be horrified to find out what became of her in TP-1985 and 1985-A. She'd probably also be creeped out to discover that Maggie McFly was also played by Lea Thompson.
George McFly: Well, he'd be stunned by the whole time travel plot - and he'd also be shocked to discover that his own son taught him to be confident. He'd also understand better why "Marty Klein" was so insistent on him asking Lorraine to the dance. He might be half-relieved and half-disappointed to discover that there really was no Darth Vader from Planet Vulcan.
Marty McFly Jr: He'd be stunned by how wimpy he was in Part Two.
Marlene McFly: She'd probably be horrified to find out that she was played by a male actor in drag, which might lead her to question her femininity.
Let's not even get started on Biff Tannen!

I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Thanks! :) I think Marlene would have the hardest time with it. How about you?

Jules and Verne might be disappointed to find out that they only had a small role at the end, with no lines. They're probably the type of people who would want to be on TV - or Verne, at least.

I also think she would have a problem with Marty saying "I have a daughter?"

Well, yeah, I suppose that would be hard for her to take. Maybe she would understand, though - that Marty didn't mean that he ever regretted having her.
