I never read the novels, but I've borrowed certain well-known aspects of the novels. I've borrowed things like the names of George's parents, Billy Stockhausen, and Arthur's personality. Also, I used Otis Peabody. I never really thought of the names of Ma Peabody or the daughter, so I might as well just go with Elsie and Martha.

As far as for the scripts, well, Psychedelic Psummer is based on the Number Two script - and I've also done my own spin on the Jill Wooster story.

5. What's Marty Jr's personality like in the improved timeline?

Marty Jr is more like his father, but slightly more aggressive with bullies. He also becomes a rock star, and he has his own gutar-playing style. He is much more confident, and he dislikes a lot of the modern music - rap, in particular.

Claudia Wells. She was the original.

Yep. Not as big as Led Zeppelin, though. Moderate success.

Yep. Billy Stockhausen, George's parents names, and Lester the Wallet Guy from the novels. My Hippie Harvest story was based on the first draft for the part two script. I also used stuff from the Paradox script for my Back to the Old West story. I did borrow some stuff from the animated series like Doc and Marty's middle names, Doc moving back, and Jules and Verne's personalities.

He's sort of a combination of Marty and George, minus the wimpiness. Not exactly what you call confident, but he can stand up to bullies. He swears a lot more than his father.

I guess Part 1. Marty did look a bit chunkier in Part 2/3. So I would go with Part 1.

When LP Marty goes back to 1955, he turns into TP Marty and forgets everything from the Lone Pine timline.

Jeff and Beth Tannen. They're not bullies. Jeff is 14 in 1985 and gets picked on. Beth is 9 in 1985 and is good friends with Toby's daughter Meg.

Marlene likes talking on the phone with friends and is very close to her Grandma Lorraine. She rarely ever fights with her brother. Nothing much changes between the timelines.

2015 is a lot like the decade we live in now, but with more advanced technologies. The '80s culture made a comeback in the 2010s.

I never really thought about who would be US President in 2015, or if it would even be a woman. When it comes to US politics in 2015, I tend to leave those kinds of things alone.

Definitely Part One! He's cuter and younger, and looks more realistically like a teenager!

He remembers both. His memories of the LP timeline is a little stronger, nut his memories of the TP timeline never fades away.

He turns into TP Marty. After returning to 1985, TP Marty and LP Marty eventually fuse into one person.

Yes! Much like Goldie Wilson III, he ends up choosing a diffeent caeer path from hios father and grandfather.

10. Who is the Tannen of Marty's generation? Does he pick on Dave, Linda, or Marty?

Cliff Tannen, who picks on Dave. However, is gang did harass Marty - back when he was six. That was how Doc and Marty met. Miff Tannen wasn't until later. The fact that Marty provides aid and comfort to Miff's victims really irks him.

11. What is Marlene's personality like? Does it change between the timelines?

She's pretty cool and popular, and can be a little superficial at times. She prefers pop over rock, and she's close to Grandma Lorraine. She rarely fights with her brother.

It's like a combination. Doc is responsible for most of the futuristic inventions seen in BTTF2.

The newspaper prop mentions that the president in 2015 is female. It looks like that one prediction (to use the term loosely) has a strong possibility of coming true.

I haven't thought of it. I suppose it was uneventful. Marty, Doc, and Jennifer didn't visit that one.

Marty Jr likes stuff from the late 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. He particularly likes Hard Rock, Progressive Rock, and Heavy Metal. Marlene prefers pop. She's into stuff like Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, and Madonna. She likes some rock music.

They both hate Rap.

I covered this one in Future History. I agree that Jennifer, and Doc of 1985 didn't visit that one. Well, actually, Doc of 1985 did - but it was the Doc from after he settled back in 1985 with Clara and the boys. I think Marty and Jennifer of 2015 would maybe have a celebration of sorts on this day, to celebrate how their lives turned out much better!

Marty pretty much likes all kinds of hard rock, as well as psychedelic rock. Marlene is more into pop, even though she likes some rock. She like pop from the '70s on up. Both have a soft spot for Simon and Garfunkel, and neither like rap.

I have a question. I noticed that George was the first McFly since the father of Seamus and Martin to have more than one son. And Dave only had girls. Did you purposely make the family name become entirely dependent on Marty III?

I guess I wasn't really thinking about it. I didn't really count Seamus and Marlene, since they don't really look like Michael J Fox.

When I first saw Seamus, I instantly saw Michael J. Fox. When I first saw Marlene, I thought it actually was a girl.

Yeah, I didn't realize Marlene was MJF in drag at first, either. I suppose Seamus could look more like MJF, if he didn't have all that facial hair. He may have looked more like Marty, when he was 17 - but with reddish-brown hair. I imagine Martin and William with the same colour shade of hair as Marty.

They actually showed William with brown hair in the picture.

I don't think you can tell his hair colour, though. It was a black-and-white picture, or brown-and-white. At any rate, it wasn't full coloured. I do like William with brown hair, though.

I borrowed some of this from the fourth script. Marty puts an ad in the paper seeking work. Doc hires Marty to clean his garage and lets him use his record collection. It happened in 1983 when Marty was 15.

It was during Marty and Jennifer's junior year. Marty's friends noticed them checking each other out and they kept pestering him to ask her out. (I just made this up just now.)

I had them meet back in early 1975. I remember first coming up with this in one of my Marty Wept stories, when Doc asks Marty when they first meet. I guess I didn't want Doc to have to wait more than 20 years, before meeting Marty. Of course, this also works well with That '70s Story.

I had them meet, when they were both paired up for a class assignment. Jennifer was already a fan of Family Ties (and Michael J Fox), but she was too shy to talk to Marty. Likewise, Marty was also a bit shy around Jennifer.

Nope! I don't like the idea of skipping grades. It makes one susceptible to being bullied, and it risks making one an outcast.

Yes, it did. It happened in the spring of 1955. In the summer of 1955, he would constantly throw parties for single women. He did that due to the pain of Jill leaving him. By the fall of 1955, he got over Jill and stopped throwing the parties.

Yeah, he still had friends. Very few, though. Being skipped ahead two grades did get him bullied.

It is horrible that he got bullied. I would like to think most of the students weren't that hostile towards him. That he maybe had lots of other friendly acquaintences, and that the others just simply didn't notice him - because who can realistically know every single students who goes to your school?

Exactly, not everybody at his school is going to know him.

I don't really like the idea of Doc (or anyone) being a 65 year old virgin.

I guess I haven't thought too much about that, to be honest. I mean, I myself am still a virgin. One thing I like about the BTTF fandom is that not everything is ship-focused. I've done a few romantic fics myself, but I'm more interested in stories about visiting other eras or realities. There usually are pairings in my fics, but they're not usually the main focus.
