I was doing a little pondering on that scenario. I would hate to think that he'd out to be so bad that he would actually try to off Doc. On the other hand, though, power does have a tendency to corrupt. What are your theories on this?

Yeah, that was in Kristen Sheley's fic, No Place Like Home. It was scary how that Doc acted so hatefully towards Marty. It is scary to think of Marty being a jerk in any reality, but I guess it could happen.

Oh, yeah, he did! He eventually made up with Marty, though - although, yeah, if he didn't have any intervention... I guess I can't really blame that version of Doc for hating Marty, after who he thought was his friend tried to get him killed. That could be very heartbreaking, if you don't have that many close friends to begin with. In my opinion, though, I'd hate to think Marty could ever be that bad.
