The answer to that is simple. Women usually stop being able to have kids after they hit menopause, which usually happens sometime between 40-50. As for men, most of them are fertile until they die. And it helps that Doc got that rejuvenation, which might have made him more fertile than he already was.

People would think that since Doc's now 65, that he would have ED. Doc may be old, but he's very healthy.

Yeah, he is very healthy for his age. One futuristic thing I would like the most, even more so than the hoverboard, would be the overhaul rejuvenations.

I think that the rejuvenation clinic is the answer. Although maybe Doc cloned himself. :P
