OK, here goes my first fanfic...

Marty Jr emerged from behind the counter in the Cafe 80's. When he stood up, the whole cafe was exploding with applause.

"What?" said Marty. "What's going on here?"

"You outsmarted that Griff Tannen once and for all" said the owner of the Cafe. "AND you got him in jai. I always knew you'd outsmart him though; your father was just like you in his day." He shook Marty's hand.

"But... that wasn't me... how could I..."

"Course it was you!" said a kid around the age of 10. "I caught it on camera." He showed Marty a picture of himself on a hoverboard. The kid then showed Marty another picture of Griff Tannen and his gang crashing into the Hill Valley Courthouse.

"Holy crap, you're right" said Marty. "That is me!" Little did he know that it was actually his father, Marty McFly Sr. as a teenager who had outsmarted Griff.

Meanwhile, outside the Cafe 80's, Doc and Marty Sr. aged 17 were watching the whole thing.

"I don't believe it" said Marty. "My wimpy son actually fell for it... say Doc, you think this has affected his entire life."

"Only one way to find out" said Doc. And they clambered back into the DeLorean.

Marty Jr woke up the following morning. He was already dressed. He went downstairs to where his mother Jennifer and sister Marlene were waiting.

"Hey... where's Dad?"

"Don't you remember?" Jennifer said. "He always has to leave early for band practise."

"Band practise? Oh come on Mom, seriously, since when has Dad been in a band?!"

"You sleep in your clothes last night?" asked Marlene.

"Of course your father's in a band!" Jennifer said. "Remember? He sold his seventh album last week, number one in the charts." She handed Marty the cover of a CD with Marty Sr and his band Q"The Pinheads" on it.

"Oh look, it's yur friend Griff. He's brought your new hoverboard over."

"Hoverboard?!"

"Don't you remember? The Pit Bull? You wouldn't stop talking about it for 2 weeks."

Marty went outside. Griff Tannen was at the door, holding a large box. Griff looked up and saw Marty. He screamed and ran away, dropping the box. Marty opened the box. Inside was a Pit Bull hoverboard.

Suddenly...

A silver car dropped in front of Marty. Two men in thier early 40s stepped ut.

"Marty!" one of them said. "You gotta come back with me!"

"What... who are you?"

"Don't act like you don't know us... Jules and Verne? Doc Brown's sons?"

"Come back where?"

"Back to the future."

Marty was just about to get in the car, when suddenly... "Hang on, how'd Griff get out of jail?!"

It's a great start! Will Marty Jr eventually come to remember his new past, as well as his old past? :)

You'll have to wait and see! Since this is about the whole of Alternate 2015 I'm going to note what happens to other characters, like when Griff went to jail.

I'll look forward to reading more. I have one question, though. Why does Marty Jr remember the old timeline, if he never travelled through time?

He read it in a newspaper

Don't newspapers change?

No, what happened was the newspaper changed so that Griff was going to jail... watch BTTF II and see for yourself.

I thought you meant he remembered the old timeline in the newspaper.

Here's the 2nd chapter, it's from Griff's point of view.

Marty Jr leapt into the water as Griff and his gang went flying into the Hill Valley courthouse. Onlookers ran to the scene and shortly after a dozen cops arrived.

"Got one!" said one of the cops, who had located Griff. "Well, well, well, Griff Tannen. Finally got ya."

"I WAS FRAMED!" Griff yelled, as the cops dragegd him out of the courthouse and into the police car.

One hour later.

"I don't believe this!" said Griff, who was in a separate cell from the rest of his gang. "That McFly... how could HE, of all people, get back at me?! I'm gonna get that son of a bitch... IF I CAN GET OUTTA HERE!"

He then remembered that he had a dragon-shaped firework in his pocket. "Of course" sneered Griff. He placed the dragon next to the bars, standing back.

BOOM.

The whole jail was ablaze. Convicts were screaming, "Fire!!!!!" and cops were running around in circles carrying fire extinguishers. Nobody had seen Griff Tannen escape from his cell.

The next day, Griff thought he'd toy with Marty Jr, so he knocked on the McFly door, holding the case with his Pit Bull hoverboard in it (As we BTTF II fans already know, Griff had lost his hoverboard, so he had put a normal hoverboard inside and made it look like a Pit Bull, thinking that Marty Jr would be dumb enough to tell the difference.). He screamed at the sight of Marty and ran away.

Griff hid in a nearby bush. It was then that he saw...

"A flying DeLoreean?! I do remember Gramps telling me about one, but..."

Marty climbed into the car and set off. The car was flying! Within 20 seconds it had disappeard.

"What the hell is going on here?"

Really? And I thought I suck

Nah! You're doing great for your first fic. There are some people who write fics and not really care about things like spelling, grammar, and characterization. You're not one of them, though. The only suggestion I might make for right now is maybe try using italics instead of capital letters to emphasize certain phrases and words.

Keep writing, Griff!!!!!
