Only Admins and Super Moderators can ban people. I turned off the power for Super Moderators to acces the Admin Control Panel (so they can't ban people) because it isn't needed right now.
Yeah, I doubt banning anyone will be necessary unless/until we get alot more traffic.
BTW, I'm moving this to the Announcements section, since there's another topic loosely related to banning there.
