Description: What would s/he be like?

What do you think your counterpart in the BTTF Universe would be like? What do you think the differences and similarities would be?

I think I would be the exact same.

There one little catch, though! You wouldn't be into Back to the Future, since that wouldn't exist in the BTTF Universe. So anything else you like because of BTTF would probably change, though. I maybe wouldn't be into MJF so much, if it wasn't for BTTF.

I would have a different favorite movie. Can't think of anything else.

Maybe whatever Michael J Fox starred in in place of Back to the Future I would like - in my fanfic universe, it's Mind Warped. Some are of the school that the BTTF actors wouldn't even exist in the BTTF Universe, but I tend to disagree - even though there are some good arguments both in favour of and against the idea.

It's been made evident in the second movie that Family Ties exists.

Do you think the BTTF Trilogy would exist in the Family Ties Universe? ;)
needles1987 - August 21, 2007 01:12 AM (GMT)
Probably not. If Family Ties exists on Back to the Future, why would Back to the Future exist on Family Ties?

Well, it was just such a minor scene in Part Two, they could easily replace that with another sitcom - maybe even with whatever replaced Family Ties in the Family Ties Universe - without affecting the plot of the trilogy in any way. Now, with The Honeymooners, that would be a different story!
Do you think Marty would almost be predisposed to liking FamilyTies?
needles1987 - August 21, 2007 01:25 AM (GMT)
You got a point there. I don't know what Marty would think of Family Ties, except that he thinks that Alex P. Keaton is a good-looking guy.

Maybe Jennifer was a fan of Family Ties before meeting Marty, and she was amazed that Marty looked so much like Michael J Fox. I think Marty would be curious about the actor who looks like him. He was probably crushed over the fact that the judge who rejected his band as being "too loud" greatly resembled his favourite singer.
