This could just be chalked up to a mistake on Doc's part. Maybe Doc just isn't up on the whole entertainment industry, so he wasn't aware that Ronald Reagan divorced Jane Wyman - or, maybe he did know, but temporarily forgot. So not's not really a goof, as we don't see any "offical source" in the movie proclaiming that Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman were still married.

What would be a goof would be the fact that the episode of The Honeymooners was shown a month earlier than it actually came out in 1955.
