Utah’s Bestest Ninja – The Chuunin Exams

We know you low rank ninja Genin have been training all year for the chance to advance, so we’re gonna give it to you! Teams of three will start things off, so make sure all your members are ready! We’ve only got room for 10 teams of three ninjas! Whether you’re from Konoha, Sand or any other village, come compete!

• Sign ups will be Friday and “contests” will take place throughout the convention. Make sure you have a team of three!

• Through a series of trials, 5 teams will be eliminated, leaving 15 ninjas left to compete in a tournament style, one on one contest! Be ready for anything cuz we’ll keep going until only one ninja is left standing, UTAH’S BESTEST NINJA!

Would you have to be dressed as a Naruto character to participate? Or can anyone do it?

Nope, this event doesn't require you to dress up. It might be a little more fun, but you can enter any group of three.

Cost anything? Any prerequisites?

Hopefully I can get my friends to come along, I'm a bit relived that we don't have to be naruto cosplayers, cause I'm going as Axel. :3

As long as you've got a convention badge, you can get in to do it, there's no additional charge for this event.

Top secret! :D Be prepared to use both your mind and your body though, just like in the "real" Chuunin exams. ;)

Darn, this sounds like a lot of fun, but I only have one friend coming with me, that I know of. And I think we'll both be busy, so this probably won't work out.

And I'm going as Shippuuden Chouji (gend-bend) too. *pout*

Hmmm. Question Panpan-san, can we do this if we're doing Banzai Brawl too??? Or would we only be allowed to enter one thing like this??? Just cause I have two others with me and my sister wants to sit out during Banzai Brawl. . . But I'd think she'd like this. . . ;)

This event is gonna be... all over the place. The initial teams will probably get slimmed down on friday night and then the one on one tourney stuff will be on Saturday. When you enter the event, you'll be given a list of where you need to be and when. most of them will be scheduled either in-between other events or as PART of some bigger events, so you should be ok. ;)

HEEE! This sounds like it'll be fun! Since it won't interfere with anything, (hopefully) then I'll definately try! Maybe I can hook up with anyone cosplaying Shikamaru and Ino, then we'll be the Ino-Shika-Chou formation! XDD

Ah! That's good since it's my sisters first con she'll enjoy the "exams" Beacuse she likes naruto more than anything! Arigato Pan-San!!!!!!

*headdesk* Or not. >_>;; I've just been told that I'll be waaay too busy hosting to participate in the Chuunin Exams. HOWEVER, I'm still going to try to run one of the Exams. 8D So there's still hope for us to do something together, Chouji! I'm just sorry I can't be on your team. @_@;

Friday Oct 24th at the convention. The exact place and time aren't solid yet, but once they are, we'll post them.

Aw, darnit. I was kinda looking forward to that. BUT the Host Club must have its King, so I won't begrudge you that (that is gonna be SO hilarious and I must pay you all a visit, as one character or the other, just for kicks. XDD) Oh well, there will still be pictures that must be taken! You are NOT escaping that! X3 I'll have my Chouji costume with me both days (for the Naruto Fan Panel I'm running) so hopefully I'll catch you. And Ino. But you're doing one of the Exams? Cool! This'll at least be fun to see, even if I can't participate for lack of a team.

pfffft. I'm gonna try to participate with a Zelos (TOS), and with a Lucy (Elfen Lied). Won't we make quite a team? xD

Hmm.....interesting, I shall form my team and we shall become Chuunin's!
This won't interfere with the skit contest will it? Because if so unfortunately we most likely will not be able to attend the exams.

It shouldn't interfere with the cosplay, no. We've tried to be as careful as we can with the scheduling, so that you could do both if you wanted to.
