Roll Call Results! So sorry I couldn't get this notice up sooner-- but school's been really stressful this week and I haven't had time to do much else. Anyway, the roles of Ra and Hathor have been left wide open. If you don't have a character, or even if you do, please go apply for one of those characters asap so that we can begin the game! Then we'll most likely have another roll call just to make sure everyone is still here. Sorry for the delay, guys.

Out of Character
  • Anecdote is rated 14-A, meaning everything posted here must be 14-A or lower, there are no exceptions.
  • Respect is a given.
  • You are encouraged to have an OOC username to be a constant here, especially since you will not always be playing in the game and for convenience's sake as the plot and characters switch every few months.
  • If you are playing, you will notice that some posts may having markings on them:
    • < p > - Private (only one or more characters specified by the thread's creator may enter the thread IC.)
    • < aw > - All Welcome (anyone is welcome to join in. AW is default: if a thread has no markings in the title, then it is AW.)
    • < lrp > - Long Reply Thread (the creator of the thread has put a lot of effort and time into their post, and would like to roleplay with someone who has worked equally hard on a reply.)
    • < dnd > - Do Not Delete (the thread is on hold, usually waiting for someone involved to return from an absence. This should not be used very often due to the nature of this game.)
    • < nfp > - Necessary for Plot (this is usually for a specific group of characters specified by us and will be started by someone whom we've given specific instruction to the plot. If you are called for in this thread, it should be a top priority.)
  • Players are selected for characters based on skill, ability to fit the role, etc; we expect you to post at least two paragraphs.
  • Because plotlines last for such a short period of time, we ask that you be as active as possible, replying/doing what you need to do as soon as you can. After the storyline is done, you can sit out for a while.
  • If you are not playing, please do not post in the IC forums.

In Character
  • Stick to the character descriptors we have given you. We allow for character development of course, but it isn't as necessary for interest's sake due the duration of the plots.
  • If you have been given a task to do in the plot, please do it immediately. We set up little situations for the characters to work through, but the result of the game depends on how you play your character. We don't decide how it ends, you do!
  • Try to keep on schedule, this game is dependent upon the usage of time.
  • Again, bringing the plot to a resolution is the main goal, but by all means, if you have extra time; have fun with the character in additional threads! We hope you are having fun with the character anyways, but we mean, just goof off in random threads that aren't pre-planned. There will be opportunities later on to play past characters you've had in other forums. Say, if you had a magic wolf character and we started a magic plot that involved wolves, you can speak with us and we may allow you to play your character.
