Title: Pretty good joke

I've been getting these free text message jokes and they're usually very long and not that great but I thought this one was pretty good.
A woman goes to the Doctor's with a very embarrassing disfigurement.
"Will you promise not to laugh", she asks the Doc.
"I promise", says the Doc.
So she takes her blouse off and exposes one large ample breast right in the middle of her chest. To which the Doc burst into fits of laughter.
"I knew you'd laugh, I just knew it!" cried the woman,
so she lifted her arm and peed on him.

Right, what it is that in 1976 The us were doing experiments on criminals and illegal immigrants.
An infamous doctor (Brett Newburg) once composed an experiment involving the blueprint for "the perfect woman"
Obviously Dr.Newburg was a few feathers short of a full buzzhawk so his idea of the perfect woman was somewhat off.
I think that's what the joke is subtly referring to, probably made up by a sufferer of Dr. Newburgs reign of terror.
