Guess who gets to lift all those shells full of 20 oz bottles and place them onto a handtruck, 6-7 at a time, and drag them into your local store according to their order on a sheet of computer paper?

You basically ran across a display made because they couldn't fit any more in the walk-in (hopefully, a break of mercy for them) cooler. Also prolly influenced by:
A ) Memorial Day
B ) Laziness
C ) Low sales
Whoever's your distributor locally seems to have split up a few crates into 3rds. Not sure if they sell those like that, but I know the one I work for doesn't until at least a solid one of all three is sold (and the leftovers are split up/reorganized).
STOP TORMENTING ME.
ps: enjoy the sight while it lasts, low sales or not they'll prolly all be sold within the week (maybe even half a week) unless more are ordered to be put there. Summatime.
