Oh, I'm sorry. To be anywhere near her is unfortunate. v;

She's not here now, but that's where she grew up. And we were both born in Chicago. mglw'nafh;

Aww, well, I'm from the same state as John Wayne, Elijah Wood, and Ashton Kutcher... XB
Herbert Hoover ftw! :ph43r:

Heh, and I'm originally from the same state as Walter Mondale, who got beaten as thoroughly in the 1984 presidential race as Hillary DESERVES to be beaten in January. :P
I think this is just more proof that it matters more where we choose to GO and what we choose to DO than it matters where we start out.

She won't be though. Neither will Giuliani.

Oh god...if it's Hillary v Guliani...I might as well give up. Hillary is a moron, and Guliani is a complete fascist.

I dunno ... Hillary is losing ground in Iowa to Obama and Edwards, and she's making some baaaaaad moves here out of sheer panic, selfishness, and poor sportsmanship. She has certainly pissed me off to the point of taking strong action here, as you may recall from the last few days.
Also Rudy isn't campaigning in Iowa at all that I've seen. I don't know what it's like in New Hampshire or the northeast generally, though. How much do you as a New Yorker know about how the New Hampshire primary is shaping up? Do you think New Hampshire is likely to be influenced by the outcome in Iowa, or are they vying with Iowa to be the most influential early-voting state despite being 5 days later?

They're two very different states in terms of social attitude and political leanings, so I wouldn't count on there being much influence.
Also, obligatory boo Hillary and don't use electronic voting.

you will regret not supporting emperor Giulini when the times comes.

I know a total of one person who doesn't despise Hillary and not a single one who doesn't abhor Giuliani. I'm pretty sure they're about the two least likely candidates to end up on the Presidential ticket at the moment. wut;
But yeah, kinda sucks that I won't be old enough to vote until July '09...

Giuliani has a lot of support here. Which is really strange, since a lot of people here are Democrat partisan hacks who would vote for George Bush if he had a D next to his name. wut;
Please no Giulinai, no Giuliani...

I love to bump old threads... but wow I was wrong on two counts. No Giuliani and no Clinton, what a great year. :)
