This spectacular black melano HM was bred and raised by the incomparable Mark Ibara of Hawaii. This fish has gotten kudos from several top betta breeders as the best black melano they have ever seen. Finnage, form, and color are without fault.
This fish was so good that it was actually stolen from Mark at a betta show.

This picture-perfect extended red HM male is by Master Breeder Sarawut Angkunanuwat of Siam Imbellis, Nontaburi, Thailand. I love the strong, sweeping, powerful form of this fish, and the way the dorsal fin towers before overlapping the smoothly OHM caudal, the forward-thrusting anal, and the thick, masculine, solid red ventral fins. Truly a magnificent piece by the finest HM breeder in the world today.
