did this today, in my pijamas, when I was bored..
My first real attempt in inks.
Anal, dorsal and ventsaren't too well done... meh. For my first try, not as bad as it could be.

The vents are VERY nice, what are you talking about,mand this is a first try, so don't even START to beat up on yourself, because you think it isbn't perfect.

Yeah don't beat yourself up. It is actually pretty good. I was an art major in college for a while and Yeevs even said it is great and he is the artist extrodenaire, so that means a lot.

Mumu, if you practice you'll get better. ;) I was no good at drawing bettas a few months ago, but I've been really practicing and I'm doing MUCH better. :P

that was 30 years ago and I have been a nurse and now a receptionisit since then. That is why I told you if Yeevs complimented you and he did it was a great compliment cause he is an art professor and a ceramic artist. Your art work is great. Don't put yourself down. The best thing you can do is to believe in yourself and your abilities :C2 :C2

I am very confident in my abilities, and I know what I can do..And I'm sorta critiquing myself, not putting myself down. Thanks for worrying about me, though, hee. :lolo:

As well I know, our own worst critic is ourself.
Sometimes we are harder on ourself, than we would be on someone else.
The point is, I think you were being over critical of your work.
No, it isn't perfect, but it is not nearly as flawed as you see it to be.
