Yeev, yes. I think he's more of a blue mask black PK. His mask (in person) looks like a mix of blue and silver scales, and his tail (from what I can see) only has a 2 ray split. I just put him in a spawn tank with my female blue mask black HMPK that looks like yours. We'll see what comes of the spawn.

Thanks! It doesn't look like that any more. I had to first tear it down to treat him for a little funkiness on his caudal, and now it's been cleaned and sterilized for spawning.

When are you breeding them? I think it will be a good pair to breed. Yes. You need to get different type female like what you using now to avoiding them to get pure melano. ^_^

Yeev, I put the pair in the spawn tank yesterday. All the tornado (there was at least one confirmed tornado on the groud last night) weather here last night made it a great time to put them in the spawn tank. He had 3 big and frothy nests in the tank.

I do have The Creature's sibling sister. She has his same coloring, but she has way too much red in her fins, plus, I don't know how inbred the two are. Plus, I think the female that I have chosen will improve the blue masking.
