Recapping this thread... I have a little platinum female that I haven't a clue who she is.
I am pretty sure she isn't Ricki.. Ricki is dead...
Why am I so sure about this?
Ricki's name was written on her beanie, and I never tried to breed her.. and this female has no name on her tank..
For a minute I convinced myself that she was Ricki... her body form is very much like that of the females of her fathers line...
But there is no way.
Oh, and she is a PK.
That leaves me a sport from one of the purple PK lines... And in all likelihood, she is as was pointed out in the first thread... from Magenta. Or that is what I am assuming. I just can't see Ricky or Jamaica tossing a PK.
So I am going to breed her with the male I have from Morpheus and Persia.
Still and all, I have been having many and who the hell are you moments.
As depressed as I have been, I have very few records to go on.. I am using my faulty memory to try to figure would what fish were bred by whom, and when I got them.
It took me 4 hours to confirm through my research that a certain spawn was actually the spawn I thought it was, for example, lol.
So I have IDed the 4 sisters, I have figured out who the mom of one spawn is, I have taken a shot in the dark, and guessed the breeding of another female, lol. I am going to name her Changeling, because there is really no proof that she is bred how I have decided.
Once I have entered them, I have to enter the rest of my fish from last year.. I am working on it, but I think I am breaking my brain. No matter, this is a part of the self healing. making right the things you have allowed to fall into disrepair.
After I get these now grown babies entered, I have to enter my other 08 fishies... Like the DTs and the blue marbles... the girl from Jen, and the orange dal male as well..
I have most of the information sitting around somewhere, it is just about finding it, and applying it to what I already know... Like the PABS fish were gotten in May, because PABS always shows in May. I have other fish that I know I got in June...
Lolol. I Just re-realized that the DTs were given to me for Christmas... Christmas of 2007.... I am sooooo far behind, lol.
