Hey, you have very similar tastes in bettas as I do. I would TOTALLY be all over those fish if I were still active in the hobby!
I love the female in the last picture. I think her fins make us for the small bit of red she has. :D

I know im still drooling lol! But a month omg!!! I want them now lol.

I know leafgirl, I haven't been on for a LONG time! Well, I am getting out of bettas. For the fishes sake. Starting this next school year, I am going to have little to know free time. I have been accepted into a very selective singing group at my school... and have pretty much signed a contract selling my soul to the choir! lol
I have 10 fish now. One female adult and 9 youngsters from my turquoise pastel male. I'm going to continue taking care of them until I have found homes for them... or decide to keep them. :)

I know what you mean about lots of stuff for school i just signed up for 2 comities in my school and im taking on a huge art project (Painting murals on the school)

I hope you keep a few of thoes little guys.... Even if you get out of bettas now they will come kreeping back into your life later on.

Well i just picked them up today and they are doing great.

The one male died before shiping so this one replaced him.

Im going to have to be carefull witht he 2 males... they look realy close to each other.... It took me 10 min to figure out what fish was what lol. nad that was with them labed!

They males are realy interested with females. The girls are flaring at the males but are not showing any bars... and no bubble nests yet.

Any updates on these guys?!?

The one female has paricites at the moment... not good Im medicating so i hope she gets better.

I was hoping to set up the spawn tank next week... but ill have to wate now.

Ooo, I hope the female heals well from her parasites. Those aren't very fun at all. :/ Good luck with her!

She looks to be doing beter tonight. First time i have seen her fins out (not clamped) but they are not always oppened up...
