Ok guys.. I've been looking at some of yalls barracks and stuff... and I'm sitting here thinking.. "How in the world am i going to do this?" I have limited space in my basement.
I guess what I'm asking of you pros on here is- What do I need as the minimum as far as housing the male bettas goes? I know females can be community, but i dont think i can pull off some of the things I'm seeing in yall's fish rooms. Where is a good place to start concerning my future fish room, that will still keep my offspring happy and healthy?
:thankssign

Divided 20g long tanks way house a few...
You could try and make a simple Barracks...

Thanks for the posts.. While we're at it, what EXACTLY is a drip system? and how does it work? How many fry, roughly, did yalls first spawns have? I know it depends, but i'd like to hear yalls first time stories

Bella woudl be better at answering that question.... Though she has not been on to much lately....
My first spawn had roughly 50ish fry at the begining. And many died off to about 20 by the time i was jaring... unfortunalely they all died off then but one....
All spawns are diferent but you can keep all the females together and only jar the males witch will help you.
