After looking over their site, and checking their PayPal status (verified seller for 626 transactions) I went ahead and placed an order with them on Nov 8th. Per their site FAQ most orders are shipped out with in a week. However two and then almost 3 went by, with me sending them emails and requests for more information via the "Contact us on your order" link on their site, before I finially received an email stating that my order would be shipped that day (Nov 28th). Since I paid for priority shipping I should have had it with in 4 days at the longest unless USPS screwed up again. However by Dec 5th I'd still not received my order, and sent another email asking them to please confirm it had shipped and to track it since I'd not recieved it. Dec 7th, having recieved neither my plants or a response, I started the dispute process with Paypal in an attempt to received my money back at least. They haven't responded to Paypal's attempts to contact them either, and I will be shortly escalating the dispute to a claim with Paypal.

OK I won't

just and update, the seller finially got back to paypal, sending them a tracking number for a package. The tracking number was created yesterday, but the item not actually shipped yet......makes me wonder just how long its going to take them to actually get the box to the post office and what state the plants will be in when I get them. Probly frozen. If they boxed them yesterday for shipping but didn't actually ship, there's no way the heat pack will last till they get here.

Plants finially arrived yesterday, Dec 20. A month and a half after ordering, and after a ton of hassle.

How do they look?

they're actually in good shape, and decent quanity. but having to deal with the place was such a hassle i won't order there again. it took them two weeks to respond to PAYPAL!!
