I could be wr9ong, but he looks like he is working his way towards being a symertical PK.
I was even wondering if the PKs should be separated into 4 groups here on this forum, Trad, Show, Sym, and transitional, to give people an idea of what the different types look like.
HMPK just isn't good enough, because it has been drummed into everyones head that HM means 180 degrees.
Well a traditional PK can have a 180 spread, but not be a HM, because of rounded edges, the spade tip, ect.

But what I see of that boy, he is nice. He is either a sym, or a trans. I say this, because he has the shortened vents like the sym PK, whose vents, (f I remember right) should be even with the leading edge of the anal fin.
He is also an RTPK, like I was mentioning in the feather tail post... so anyone that wants to work that, you will only have to work it for about 2-3 years instead of 5, lol.
He is a 8 ray, which also tells me show PK.
I say trans, but that could well be wrong, I said that because of his anal, which is one of the things that needs to be worked on, and one of the reasons why the Sym PK has been left in the Temp catagory for another year.
Bluntly put, his anal is a little too and pointy in the rear to be an ideal Sym PK.
Also, he does not have the smooth merge of the dorsal into the anal that a good Sym PK is supposed to have.
Is he breedable, OH YES!!!! And he will, with the right female make babies much nicer than he is, and much more closer to the Sym PK standard, depending on who he is bred to, of course.
Breeding him to a HM female wouldn't be a bad idea, it would even up his anal, and merge that dorsal.
Those two things are the only faults I see, (and here is the disclaimer) as I understand the standard, lol.
