I'm not sure which male this guy is off, and it isn't a good pic, but you can see the kind of fish they are


He is asking under 10 dollars per fish. The red devils just turned 4 months old and the coppers just turned 3 months old. The coppers are all females. He has very few red devil females left, probably like 4 or something. You can mix and match.

Holy ----! I love the black copper HM! I have a copper HM female that I am sure he'd love, but I am really trying to keep my numbers low, and my water isn't all the best for HM males (I have one HM male that is having a tough time, even with IALs). Is there any way that you can get pics of the females? Thanks!

What's wrong with your water? I have water hard enough to chew, and my HM's are OK in it. I've even raised about pack of juvies to close to HM form, and they would have probably been HM if I hadn't slipped on the W/C, long story, but the end is they are SD when they could have been full HM, and it is my fault.

Yes, I slipped on the water changes, it is a long story that I am not going to get into here, but it is enough to say there was a death in my family that was completely unexpected, and I fell apart, and more than a little.
Still the SD's that should have been HM are only no less than 2-3 degrees off of true full HM, and they are bred right, so I know I will get true Hm babies out of them.

They aren't CT, sbut you know what, you really cannot beat that price. I myself am going to get 5 of them. Hopefully a pair of the red devils, and 3 copper black females.

I am buying a bunch off him, and reselling them at his price here on this board.
Really, this is just to help him out, he REALLY doesn't have the time for them.
When they get here, I'll try to take some crappy web cam pics, but I promise you, they will be crappy, and will not show the quality of the fish.

They are here, and I have a ton of black copper females that need to go to new homes.
Like I said, I am not trying to make anything off these guys, I am trying to help a friend who is in a jam, so they are going at the price I paid for them, 5 dollars plus shipping.
Pictures will be coming as soon as I buy my camera.

I also want to add that I was told they are community tank acclimated, and so I have them all in the ten gallon, (the girls) and so far, no nipping at all.
These are very nice fish, the females don't have PUTSTANDING finnage, they have breeders finnsage, example, they all have very even anal fins that are not over long, which is something that bettas have issue with, HMs that is.
I amnot going to say I see DT geno dorsals, but it is possible they carry it, they do however have nice thick dorsals, nothing skimpy at all.
I was looking for a thread I posted, or at least I thought I posted, asking opinions on digital cameras, but it seems to have disappeared, either that, or I closed the window before posting, lol.
In amycase, hopefully by Monday, I will have pictures.
I am not sure though, because I just learned that my ex mother in law passed away, so because of that, I am not sure when I can get pics.
However there are some that are very dark, and some that are lighter. And they all look to have nice edges on their tails. Super deltas at least.

That is short for transsexual or transgendered... those are the fish that I bought as females, that turned to males.
Hence my jokingly calling them tranny fish...

I know too many GLBT people I am starting to think, lolol.

The good news is this, I think I may have fixed the problem of pics for the females, the bad news is I still don't have quite enough light, so I am going to have to wait until daylight to get some good pics of them..
BUT my settings are good, and except for not having the correct light, the pics I have been taking are good, so when the sun comes up, after I send the kidlings off to school, I will devote the entire morning towards picture taking.

First the girls, then the boys, then the rest of my fish, starting with the ones I have had the longest... You will all see.

It is done, so go check out the pics of the females...
BCF1 is a nice copper green, almost like an armadillo, or dragon.
BCF2 is closer in color to a true copper, but she has the black trimming
BCF3 is the darkest in color of the free females.
Tranny male is still wimpy, and will not color up, or srout out... sometimes when I catch him feeling manly, he is a copper green, but not as solid a color as BCF1.

Tomorrow I will try to update pics on the males...
