All the stands i had been looking at were a lot of $$. But my Mom and Dad got this one for $10!!! it was a pain to set up but it gets the job done.

Yeah Target is having their great americ... canadian wire rack sale this week apparently. That stand will just about hold a full 10 gallon. Min started to bow after a while though and I didn't trust it much after that. The trick is to get some MDF or plywood. As long as th weight goes to the side supports rather than the wire cross mesh, it will support a lot of weight.

I don't know if you all have Menards around you (not sure how national it is), but I just got some super-cheap shelving there. It's all metal and 72" high, 36" long, I think 16" deep, and it has 5 shelves with a total weight limit of 500 pounds, and it was on sale for $18.99, so I bought 3.

The only thing is that none of the holes want to align correctly for me (go figure), so you have to squeeze it into place while using a screwdriver to put the screw in, and you need something to hold the bolt on the back while doing it (4 hand job), so I need to recruit help LOL.

Oh I like that stand. Where did you get it? Which department of the store. I would love to have one so I can put my two 2.5 minibows on there instead of my nightstands

They got the stand from canadian tire. Now im hoping to get a few 2 or 5g tanks for the bottom. I just have to make it kity proof... And Canadians dont have targets...

Definately look in all thoes flires you get at home. Thats where my parents say it. I had looked all over the place and they were very expensive... heck i got that one for nothing as my parents bought it for me :)
