Title: Suggestions on when to move fry?

I would like some suggestions on when you guys move your fry. Anything you do in particular? Something you swear by? Really I'm all ears :D

Depends on how old they are how biog and how ,any. T fry can stay in a 2 gallon until they get jarred for example, but when I had the one spawn in a 2 gallon, they had to be moved at about 3-4 days old.

How I move them also depends on the above.
Really small fry, I have been known to run a drip line and suck them from one tank to another. If the tank is small enough, like the 2 gallon, I'll tip it over into a larger tank with water and then dip the tip into the water to make sure that there are no babies stuck in the corner.
I have also been known to scoop and pour, and even use my hands if they are big enough. I avoid using a net as much as possible, unless I am using a bbs net for them, which half the time I can;t find.

The only times I have spawned in a 2.5 gallon, I have just floated it inside the 10 fallon once the fry were free swimming. Beyond that, I try to wait about a month before doing anything drastic.
