DownSouthBettas - August 25, 2007 09:22 PM (GMT)

ok I am taking 6 of the offspring from the first male pictured.
3 males 3 females.

and a couple people are getting the cousins to those fish!

here are a couple fry pics.......
the whole spawn of 35 are cellophanes. Some of them are showing the red streaks so they should start to color up soon.

I love these shots!

Just wanted to let you know that your babies are growing up and getting color to their fins. One male is claiming tank boss and one female is by his side. The other two just swim around the tank looking for food. We put them in a 10 gallon tank that had baby blackworms in the tank. We had four red females in the tank and had fed them blackworms. We took them out before coming to the show and when we got back lots of baby blackworms everywhere. So needless to say the little gaints are well fed on blackworms, bbs, decapsulated bs, and pellet food. :D
I will post pics when I get them downloaded in the computer and uploaded to the net. Next couple of days are going to be pretty hectic hear

I love 'em, I love 'em, I absolutely love 'em!!!
They are sooo cute! They've tripled in size since we brought them home :WOW: !!! I think we may have at least one female, but I'm not entirely sure just yet.
Their fins are gaining the red color, and their bodies seem to be getting "pinker". Right now we have them in an established planted 10 gallon tank. I definitely foresee moving them into a larger tank in a few weeks if they continue to grow at the rate they currently are.
Thanks so very much again, DownSouthBettas!!! :flower
