I have had CT's before, LPS types, though I did once have a DDR copper male that was a gift from a former friend, that got munched by a crazy CT female that was sent to my partner when I was decided which fish I could live without...
She was one of them, after munching on Copper, Cambo King, Shadow Price, and killing Royal Ruler.
At the convention, there was one CT boy that just kept catching my eye, and as screaming yellow as he is, how could he not.
I couldn't help it, I had to get him, and I founght a hard and long bidding war for him, at the end of the convention, and emerged victorious.
I named him Mischeif after my new net brother, whom I was missing at the time.
He is a Thai fish, bred by David Je, and took second in his class at the show.



He is going to be the foundation of my Solar Flare CT line, and he is actually next in line to be bred, after I get my dal fry.
These are the females I got to bred to him, though one os going to be passed around a few times to other males as well, lol.
First, Sweetness.
These are very horrible pictures of a very nice fish. She was bred by Mark of Anubias Designs.




This is SunFire and I just really like her color. She was bred by Ernie and Dilia Perez. And she;s got the spots, so you know I'm loving her, lolol.
She has excellent color for a female, though I haven't been able to find out of she might actually be an orange, and not a yellow.
I guess I will know when I breed her, but if anyone can get a hold of the Perez' send them my way, I have a ton of questions.

I am going to have to try to get a hold of him to see if he might have any sisters.
The little CT female is turning marble, and the yellow STF... well... she is not a CT.
So I mave to do a little scouting around for a good mate for him.

He's gorgeous! I wouldn't mind some of his fry!

Well here is the deal
He is going to be hitting the spawning tank soon, BUT the CT female isn't large enough to breed to him, and the other female isn't a CT.
So it is a toss up either way.
I have it on good authority that breeding him to the CT female I have will give me some very messy fish, but that F2 should give me some MG type fish, and that is WAY cool by me.
I just need MORE TANKS!!!

Just an update... I have bought two of Miscief's spawn sisters, and I am just waiting for them tomake their wsy here from Thailand...
Pics when they get here, and then Mischief can pass those bright yellow genes on, lol.

So, yeah,. I am waiting for the mial, again...

Well, I got them, and they were good looking fish, and almost as bright as their brother, but 2 weeks out of quarantine, both of them have died, within a day of each other.
I have no idea why, or from what, and I am not too happy about it, and I never even got pictures of them.
They were fine, then they stopped moving, then they stopped eating, then they died, fast..
A monumental waste of money..
Oh well...

I STILL recommend David Ja as a breder though...
