It is my great honor and privelage to announce a Veiltail photography competition in conjunction with Veiltail Appreciation Month. Along with it, a few of our moderators have willingly donated some great prizes that will go to first, second, and third places!
First Prize: Betta Bowl Redecorating Kit. Includes a decorative bridge, silk plants, and decorative marbles.
Second Prize: The colorful and informative book, Bettas-by Robert J. Goldstein. Ph.D.
Third Prize : An amazing Betta Keychain (picture to be added)
Do not post your contest pictures. Please send them to Uniquebettas@yahoo.com or send the link to them via personal message to myself. If you do not receive confirmation that your picture was accepted within 2 days, it is safe to assume that it was not received. Please resend or contact another one of the Unique forum staff.
Contest will be open for entries from 8/01/07 until 11:59 PM Est on 8/15/07. Entries will then be posted up and members will choose who wins. Please read the rules before entering. No purchase necessary, open to all Unique Bettas members.

This is a blind contest, so no one is to now whose fish is whose..
That is to prevent this from becoming a popularity contest.
Don't worry, your fish will still be in the contest. But I had to take down the picture.

I have a photo I'm going to enter... just have to find it. :rolleyes: And because I'm a terrible procrastinator you probably won't see my photo until 10 minutes before it closes. :lolo:

Please note: Do to circumstances beyond our control, the bridge pictures above had to be replaced as it was chipped. This was not noticed until recently even though it was there from the beginning, again reference picture above. The offending bridge has been replaced with a slightly more expensive castle.
