ok here is the deal and i find this way odd I went to clean out my 10 ga where my mahachai are wont breed in it and i have plants galore now so anyway i put them into the beanie and what happens they start their breeding ritual :blink: I am like whoa and i mean the fem had really barred up and was going to the male to start to embrace no nest forget it I have heard of strange things betta do but never heard of bettas wanting to breeding a beanie that is really a small area so i'm like hmm do i just fill the 10 ga up to a point leave them in the beanie or what i am at wits end cause now I have really seen it all

So, what did you do? Heck, what did they do?

it was suggested to me to leave them the beanie but to put them in the tank with water filled up a lil and once the fry are free swimming to could remove them from the beanie to the tank ummm the reason they most likely didnt spawn as this was what me and the other person thought was the tank could be too high as I have a tall 10 gallon octagon shape tank or it could be that they like to breed in small spaces but I am going to see what happens but this is really like wow :blink:
