Haven't had time to do much because of the finals and end of the school year but I finally got down and took pictures of one of the bettas Marty sent me. Here we go:

Marty, what should I cross the green boy with to maintain the color? I don't have much around... 1 blue lace, 2 coppers, 2 copper platinums, opaque w/ irids, and 2 steel blues.

Mumu, the steels I got from him are gorgeous! I would defiantly recommend his bettas. ^_^

Well, if you are wanting to maintain the color..

Even without the metallic, (which just adds an interesting mix),these colors are still irrids.
That means this is what you will get when you breed the different irrids together

Green = Green = Green
Green = Steel = Royal
Green = Royal = Green & Royal.

So if you have no green females, you'll get green again using a royal female. If you have no royal female, then crossing to steel, and then either a royal back into green or royal bred to each other and you have your green again.
Hopefully this makes sense.
