hey guys so i had Java Fern and java moss in my 2.5 gallon with my little marble girl who just died of dropsy, My question is regardless of disease can you still use plants once a fish has died of say a contagious disease like velvet or something? shoudl I throw away the java fern and moss, becuase I don't want to get someone else sick, so do plants hang on to disease or are they safe to put back into teh tank.? I mean i they have been in clean water by themselves in a jar, since she passed. what is protocol? :ninja
do a bleach dip...
1:10 bleach:water
Then dip in dechlor tap water.
