Well? How did the bidding go? Did you get 'em? I received a green hm female from him. He seems like a nice guy. The little girl was spunky, healthy and ready to spawn (I have her in the spawning tank right now.). The only thing is she is tiny! I'm curious if yours turn out little also.

i won all three of them the two marbles are siblings and he doesnt have any genetic background for the black copper. i cant wait to see how they turn out in real life. he definetly is a good guy to work with so far.

Hey! Seeing your boyfriend likes the copper, maybe you'll be able to coax him into helping with water changes!

thats funny he already has a ct that he picked out and everything, but wont touch it. hes very accident prone and we both think either he or the fish will get hurt some how some days.

Hey, Jess. I see your signature line. I like it! I have a saying along those lines. Everyday's a sunny day! Even if the clouds are blocking the view!
Sounds like your boyfriend got bit by the betta bug too. Oh, I'm sure it won't be long and he'll want to be doing more. Bettas are tough and love the attention! He'll be fine!

Oh ya! Speaking of tough. Remember way back I mentioned the little female I got from the same guy went into the spawning tank? Well, in the course of the male trying to get her to go under the bubble nest she did a little skip above the water and landed on top of the IAL I had floating in there. It was a good thing I happened to pass by and see her because she wasn't able to flip herself off and had already quit trying! So much for that spawn! I plopped her back into her own tank and she's fine now. Good food and plenty of water changes and it's amazing what they can go through!
