I found this little gem at a local Petco. He stole my heart! :wub: They had so many incredible bettas, but I wasn't leaving the store without him. He was only $3.49!! Meet Firefly:

His colors look different in his tank because I use flourescent lighting. He also has a very pale metallic green wash over his body. He has some definate breeding potential, but I don't think I'm ready for that journey yet!

He's a really good find for Petco! He's actually a pretty nice SD.

Well, I really don't have the time right now to breed any of my babies. I work two jobs and it's even hard taking care of the ten that I have. Plus I don't have an SD or HM female to breed him with. I'm pretty sure all my girls are veils.

That really is a great find at Petco. I wish mine had bettas like that! If you ever find a HM Female, he is certainly a great candidate to breed.
