I might suggest a little more cover, ie. more plants and hidey holes b4 the new girls get here.
Might stave off any agression from the get go.

I am still working on the decor. Bought some fake plants last night, just haven't had time to put them in yet. I was thinking of getting some real plants soon too. Just haven't found anything I really like.
