So, you all know I was doing a fishy move this weekend. Beauty went to the 2 gal. for treatment for her tumor. So once I removed her, I added water to the divided tank to top it off. I took her upstairs for release and a lil cleaning up and did a load of laundry.
Then i came back downstairs. I looked close and realized there was a girlie in Beauty's previous section past Plato in the center.
Then I looked. 3 more girls had jumped the divider and were in with Plato. So out of 7 girlies... 4 had escaped to other part of the tank.
Plato was sooooo confused with all these girls in his section. He didn't know who to chase... he'd chase on for a second and get distracted by another one. Meanwhile... i'm trying to drop the water level and scoop the girls in Plato's section and get them back to theirs.
Oh lord..... if he's soooo mean to them... why oh why do they wanna get in there so bad???

When mommy's away, the betta girls will play, lol.
Don't know know?? Bettas LIKE a little slap and tickle. I have some girls that will not put out unless she gets smacked around a little.

Oh LORD I hate the analogy that brings to mind!
